30 years ago, in March 1985, Mikhail Gorbachev came to power in USSR. A month after his appointment as Secretary General, he announced the famous «April Theses», imitating Lenin, from which is decided to conduct the beginning of «Perestroika». Grigory Alekseevich Yavlinsky, former Deputy Chairman of the RSFSR Council of Ministers and a Chairman of the State Comission for economic reforms, has expressed his view on the 30-year-old events.
